The Leadership version of the EQ-i 2.0® report provides an assessment of emotional intelligence factors empirically linked to certain behaviors specific to successful leaders. It is therefore an invaluable tool for those charged with assessing leadership effectiveness or aptitude within organizations.

In this activity, we will explore the different facets of the Leadership report, focusing on the four pillars of transformational leadership and the links with the majority of the model's emotional intelligence competencies.

This 90-minute activity proposes a presentation of the theme and some learning points and will also allow for work in sub-groups and in plenary.
