Having an understanding of the conceptual structure of the EQ-i 2.0® model and its fifteen (15) subscales is the first step in successfully using this instrument. In addition, a thorough understanding of the fifteen (15) subscales of the model provides a foundation for the evaluation and interpretation of the results.

In this first activity, we will focus on the fifteen (15) subscales of the model. Since the emotional intelligence competencies of the EQ-i 2.0® model can be observed in action in all areas of our lives, we will adopt an observation mode and highlight concrete examples of frequent and less frequent use of these competencies.

This 90-minute activity proposes a presentation of the theme and some learning points and will also allow for work in sub-groups and in plenary.
