Well-being and emotional intelligence (EI) are two closely related concepts. Emotional intelligence is the ability to recognize, understand and manage one's own emotions and those of others. Well-being is a state of overall health and satisfaction. There are many links between EI and well-being. For example, people with well-developed emotional intelligence competencies tend to be happier, more fulfilled and more resilient in the face of stress. They also tend to have better relationships and more successful careers.

Thanks to the well-being indicator proposed in the EQ-i 2.0® report, we can get our clients to reflect on the link between the use of their emotional intelligence skills and their perception of their general well-being. In this activity, we'll take a look at the well-being indicator page, highlighting key concepts and ideas for use with our clients.

This 90-minute activity proposes a presentation of the theme and some learning points and will also allow for work in sub-groups and in plenary.
