Activity 4 - February 2, 2024 | EQ-i 2.0® Community of Practice
Professional development activity for EQ-i 2.0® certified practitioners.
The EQ-i 2.0® tool becomes more meaningful and powerful when we are able to highlight the the different subscales of the model that are in balance and out of balance. A balanced EQ-i 2.0® profile leads to optimal social and emotional functioning that results in improved well-being and performance.
In this second activity, we will examine the rule of ten. Specifically, the difference of ten or more points between two subscales that indicates that the person appears to engage in one set of behaviors far more often than another. We will explore combinations of imbalanced subscales and, in subgroups, formulate hypotheses about how these imbalances might be observed in action and generate impacts for the person and for those around them.
This 90-minute activity proposes a presentation of the theme and some learning points and will also allow for work in sub-groups and in plenary.
