Activity 5 - April 5, 2024 | EQ-i 2.0® Community of Practice
Professional development activity for EQ-i 2.0® certified practitioners.
The EQ 360® report is a powerful tool that can help you improve your clients' emotional quotient (EQ). It allows for feedback on the observability of EQ skills from others, such as colleagues, supervisors and subordinates. This can help your clients identify their EQ strengths and weaknesses, and develop a plan for improvement.
Preparing well for an EQ 360® session is essential to getting the most out of the experience. In this activity, we'll review the components of the EQ 360® report, discuss questions to ask yourself before launching a 360® assessment process, and share some best practices related to the use of the EQ 360® tool.
This 90-minute activity proposes a presentation of the theme and some learning points and will also allow for work in sub-groups and in plenary.
